The difference between this medal and 681 appears to be the spelling of COMPLEATED in the legend above. The other two medals that appear to have used the same obverse as this one are from 1820 and commemorate George's death; therefore I decided 682 was most likely.
This example isn't as nice as the other onsite but in fact appears to be a variant of it. A close comparison of the two obverses shows that they are slightly different with the legend on this one being further away from the bust than on the other. On the reverse there is a distinct difference in the rings of "rays". While this one is quite plain there is a second circle within the rays on the other as well as decorative edging.
