Frankly I'm only calling this a half-penny because the coin slip it came in labeled as such. But there's no indication of value at all on this token. It seems to be a fairly complete story all in one small coin.

 
I was sent the following link by Jean-Luc Dufond of Belgium. It's a pretty interesting story as I suspected. Jean-Luc also sent an image of a similar token of another of the defendants in the case, T. Hardy.
