Note to this piece:  **) Le millésime 1808 existe également en cuivre jaune. Cette pièce a été frappe dans l'atelier de Hoorn.
 
I measured this example several times and it's clearly 3 mm larger than specs. While this piece looks just like the pieces from the previous Dutch colonial administration, by this time the mints had been taken over by Louis Napoleon's. As such it's a transitional coin, of the 4th type of the previous mint.
