Size, 22 mm.
 
 
This is another transitional piece in my opinion. I couldn't find it in Krause under any of the usual suspects. My thought is that the mints knew they were returning to the pre-Napoleonic Dutch rule but the news that it was to be a Kingdom hadn't caught up by the time this was struck.
