Obverse - Head and Legend similar to the preceding.
Reverse - the Eagle of France erect on the fulminating sceptre. Over the Eagle, a victory on wing, in the act of crowning the bird with a laurel wreath.
Exergue, the letter N, from which emanate rays of glory, DENON DT. JALEY FT. 1807
Size, 1 5/8 inches.

Laskey's Narrative:

The Eagle of France having been victorious under the guidance of the Emperor Napoleon in all his campaigns, a medal was ordered to be struck to perpetuate the same.
