R. Ultro. Coronation at Milan.
NAPOLEO GALLORVM IMPERATOR ITALIAE REX. (Napoleon, Emperor of the French, King of Italy.) Laureated head to the left. On the edge of the neck: L. M. (Luigi Manfredini).
R: ULTRO (voluntarily). A turreted female, representing Italy, holds in her right hand a horn of plenty, and with the left places the crown on Napoleon's head. The Emperor is clad as a Roman senator, bears a sword in his left hand, and extends the right over an altar, on which is placed the constitution. Behind Italy is a helmet, and behind the Emperor a caduceus; emblems of war and peace. Exergue: D. (die) XXIII. MAII A. (anno) MDCCCV. (23rd [26th] May, 1805.) On the bar of the exergue, to the right: L. M. (Luigi Manfredini) [42".]
This medal was struck at the Milan Mint on the Coronation of Napoleon as King of Italy.

NAPOLEO GALLORVM IMPERATOR ITALIAE REX. Tête laurée, à gauche. Rev: L'Italie debout, tourellée, pose la couronne de fer sur la tête de Napoléon, debout, vêtu en sénateur romain. Napoléon étend la main droite au-dessus d'un autel sur lequel se trouve placée la Constitution. Derrière l'Italie, un casque; derrière Napoléon, un caducée.
Exergue: D. XXIII MAII A. MDCCCV.
Médaille, 42 mm. - T. N. 7, 7; H. m. 33, 97; M. F. 352, 25.
Cette médaille et les deux précédentes portent la date du 23 mai, jour auquel un décret du 22 mars 1805 avait fixé le couronnement à Milan, qui n'eut lieu, en effet, qui le 26 mai.
While this medal was certainly struck in Milan, the other example onsite is as certainly from the Paris Mint.
The difference is the patina of the two examples. The reddish look of this one is the result of a natural copper surface. The Paris strikes were coated with an artificial chocolate patina that gives them their distinct look.
