A trumpet supporting a banner on which 29th / APRIL dividing inscription in six lines. PEACE PROCLAIMED / BETWEEN GT. BRITAIN / & FRANCE / NATIONAL / THANKSGIVING / JUNE 1ST 1802

Reverse:

Dove of Peace perched on a sword hilt which pierces a drum of war in flames surrounded by piles of arms, etc. PAX INTER MAGNAS GENTES (Peace between great nations).

Vern's Comments:

Frankly this looks like brass as mentioned in the Bramsen example.
