Dove of Peace perched on a sword hilt which pierces a drum of war in flames surrounded by piles of arms, etc. PAX INTER MAGNAS GENTES (Peace between great nations).

Vern's Comments:

This example probably was silvered at one point. I believe the other example onsite to actually be brass as mentioned in Bramsen.
