While Bell didn't have a full entry there was this comment:
D&H 391-3 Newgate. These were satirical pieces; the "Payable at the residence of . . ." refers to Newgate gaol, the four men named being prisoners inside its walls on charges of Treason. The Rev. Winterbotham has been mentioned in connection with Devonshire No. 2.
