50th Anniversary of Independence of the Netherlands at Utrecht
Obverse:
A coat of arms consisting of a shield, lower-left half is striped and upper-right is smooth. It hangs from a beribboned double pointed pike, in front of what may be a laurel branch. The ribbon says 1813 and 1863. A hat hangs jauntily on the pike.

Reverse:
Within a circle of stars a legend and in the field three lines: 28 / NOVEMBER / 1813.
Legend:
GESLAGEN AAN'S RIJKS MUNT 28 NOVEMBER 1863. A caduceus provides a stop.
