Vern's Comments:

Forrer says in Vol. IV (p. 22) that Johan Philip Menger, a Dutch engraver produced a medal "(Prince Willem George Frederik of Orange, 1724-1799) in 1845." Of course the actual date on the medal of his birth is 1774.
