Vern's Comments:

In 1799 Friedrich Lautersack (FL) also spelled Laftersack was mintmaster at Rostock.

Wismar is a city on the Baltic Sea, formerly a member of the Hanseatic League and at the time of this coin was owned by Sweden. Four years later, in 1803, it was sold to Mecklenburg-Schwerin. It continued minting 3 pfening pieces until 1854.
