I used the description for Withers 700 above and this following description makes it Withers 701.

701. Penny, 1811.
Similar, but hooks attached to the drum of the machine instead of rings and the door is filled in with brickwork.
℞ Similar, but the bottom right block of tin lines to the centre of the D Short fins on the back of the fish.
