Complete box RR; individual medal N.
AM.

Some boxes are inscribed MANUFACTURED BY E. THOMASON BIRM. others MANUFACTURED BY THOMASON & JONES. It has not been possible to ascertain what a complete set of medals comprises since some of the medals also occur without dates and there are variants in the spelling of the battles. Perhaps two separate sets were issued, one by the firm as E. Thomason and the other as Thomason & Jones.
